Costs vary based on the position and the efforts required. Therefore, we can only provide detailed pricing after understanding your specific needs.
It's also worth noting that the payment for our services is always divided into several parts for the convenience and peace of mind of our clients, with each part linked to the completion of a specific recruiting stage. We'd be happy to provide more details during a call or meeting.

What if I'm not satisfied with the outcome? Do you provide any guarantees?

This question can be broken down into several smaller parts for better understanding. If we fail to find the required number of candidates for you, we won't charge you for the corresponding stage of recruitment. While this is a rare occurrence and is more likely to happen with niche, specialized roles, we've never encountered such situations so far. However, even if it does occur, your finances won't be affected. If you don't select anyone from the shortlist of candidates we provide, we'll continue the search and selection process until you're completely satisfied with the outcome and confident in your choice. If, after signing the employment contract with a candidate but before the agreed probationary period expires, you decide to terminate the employment relationship for any reason, we'll find a replacement for that candidate at no additional cost for the stages of recruitment that were completed earlier.
